Ingredients:
Hard mango lassi.
Think of this as a boozy mango yogurt smoothie. The yogurt and honey syrup give it a nice creamy texture, and the rose water and cinnamon add a nice floral and spicy finish. The bitter is there to balance out the sweetness of the mango and honey syrup.
Preparation
This drink can be made in a blender or a shaker. If you’re using a blender, you can add the ingredients and ice to the blender and blend until smooth.
If you’re using a shaker, you can add the vodka and ice to the shaker and shake until cold. Then add the yogurt, honey syrup, rose water, and cinnamon and shake again until smooth.
Pour into a glass and add a few dashes of bitter.
Decorate with a cinnamon stick and a slice of mango.
