Ingredients:
20ml turmeric honey 20ml lemon juice 50ml Dewar’s 15 yrs 20ml egg white
Garnish: Turmeric powder
Step 1
Place all ingredients into a shaker then shake without ice. Then add ice and shake vigorously.
Step 2
Double strain into a coupe and then garnish.

Step 1
Boil 250ml of water with 3tbs of powdered turmeric for about ten minutes. Take off heat and then add 500ml of honey and stir until mixed together.
Step 2
Chill then refrigerate. It should last for about two weeks refrigerated.
