Serves 1
25ml vodka – we use Absolut
25ml rose water
25ml lychee liqueur – we use Giffard’s Lichi-Li
75ml cranberry juice
1 rose petal, to garnish

Pour everything into a cocktail shaker filled with a big handful of ice, shake gently for about 15 seconds, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a rose petal and serve.
